Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this household Australian Brand as they seek a Digital Project Manager to help with their multi-year transformation to address the evolving needs of customers post COVID. This PM will primarily be working on the high-traffic website to help customers better with self-service amongst other initiatives. This PM will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
The role:
The Digital Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, driving and delivery of rebuild of the high-traffic website of this organisation. The organisation is going through a multi-year transformation, to address our customers evolving needs and expectations post pandemic. The vision for the website is to be more personalised, customer-centric, extremely mobile friendly and adaptable to the changing needs of the future.
Key responsibilities:
- Core Project Manager responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- Managing all project timelines and milestones
- Stakeholder management via strong interpersonal skills
- Handling all financials including budgeting and forecasting etc
- Key experience:
- 7+ years in project delivery style roles.
- Comfortable with a “hands on” and “in the details” approach to all aspects of the project life cycle
- Experience with working large enterprises and high-profile digital products.
- Sound understanding of CMS platforms (preferably Adobe) and migration to the cloud.
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills: strong team player with willingness to support other team members.
- Demonstrated responsibility, highly organised with ability to own and work on multiple tasks.
