ABOUT THE ROLE
The ICT and Business Transformation Manager will lead a small team to collaborate closely with senior management, ensuring IT projects are delivered successfully, budgets are managed effectively, and vendor relationships yield maximum value. Your expertise in commercial acumen, stakeholder management, project delivery, and cybersecurity will be highly valued.
In addition to your managerial skills, technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office365, Intune, Windows administration, mobile device management, and ERP systems will make you a standout candidate. You will work with relevant stakeholders in ensuring effective Business Transformation, in the successful delivery and implementation of systems and procedures across the organisation.
Key accountabilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Partner with CEHL senior management to shape out IT strategy in-line with our business objectives;
- Manage a small team of IT professionals to achieve our IT objectives;
- Engage with business teams to help them work smarter and more efficiently through the use of technology;
- Operationalise CEHL's IT strategy by overseeing project execution, including the replacement of the tenancy and ERP solution and other IT systems as needed;
- Effectively manage the IT operating budget to meet financial targets;
- Govern and optimise CEHL’s IT vendor relationships to maximise value;
- Collaborate with IT vendors and our security provider to ensure the ongoing security of CEHL’s data and systems;
- Enhance CEHL's technical environment and IT processes in collaboration with our system.
The role will ideally suit an experienced ICT and Business Transformation Manager with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Ability to understand the commercial context in which IT operates and translate it into specific IT objectives. Proven experience in budget management and vendor relationship optimisation;
- A strong commitment to stakeholder management and customer service, with an understanding of organisational governance processes;
- Demonstrated success in delivering IT projects on time and within budget;
- Solid understanding of cyber-security concepts and their application in an IT environment;
- Proficiency in managing a small IT team;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office365 and Intune;
- Microsoft Windows administration;
- Mobile device management / Mobile application management;
- Experience with ERP systems.
