Digital Transformation Manager

Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for two (2) Business Transformation Managers to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.About the roleAs a Business Transformation Manager, you will develop and implement tools and technology to analyse and design the service value in organisational design, enterprise architecture, and performance efficiencies in business areas. In addition, your key duties are as follows:

• Assist in leading multiple business improvement engagements that transition business experiences to their desired future states.
• Ensure that project quality management meets required standard, deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
• Drive operating model maturity, process uplift and transformation in end-to-end business outcomes.
• Apply improvement frameworks to drive improved business outcomes.
• Applying change management support to embed business area transformation and improvements.
• Drafting a range of written material including business cases, plans, briefs, performance and status reporting and corporate documentation for review.
• Lead the development of strategic communications and engagement plans and both writing and/or presenting content, including executive briefs, talking point, presentations, and staff notices.

About youTo be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in business analysis/transformation
• Strong background with the development of operating model and transformation roadmaps
• Knowledgeable in Business Architecture and Improvement frameworks such as Lean Methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skillset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
