About the OpportunityThe Enabling Services Transformation and Improvement Branch will develop and implement tools and technology to analyse and design the service value in organisational design, enterprise architecture, and performance efficiencies in business in alignment with strategy. The branch will support implementation of improvements through change management methodologies and introduce desktop technology productivity applications to improve ways of working.
About the RoleThis role involves leading various business improvement initiatives aimed at transitioning business experiences to their desired future states. Key responsibilities include ensuring project quality management standards are met, enhancing operating model maturity, and driving end-to-end Business Transformation. The role also requires the application of improvement frameworks and change management support to embed these transformations. Additionally, the role involves drafting various business documents, tailoring initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and developing strategic communications and engagement plans, which includes writing and presenting executive briefs and other content.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting in leading multiple business improvement engagements that transition business experiences to their desired future states.
- Driving operating model maturity, process uplift and transformation in end-to-end business outcomes.
- Applying improvement frameworks to drive improved business outcomes.
