This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.
The Architecture Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture through the consolidation of inputs, and collaboration with architects engaged by Stanwell across all domains. This role will develop current, future and transition states, and use these to guide the development of solution architectures in concurrent projects.
The Architecture Manager leads, supports and coaches assigned solution architects to successfully meet team and functional objectives, and proactively contributes to the development and cohesion of the ICT team.
Key activities include:
- Manage a team of specialist resources, including recruitment, performance management, career development and training.
- Manage competing work priorities resolving current and future work assignment across the group of assigned architects. Escalate unresolvable priority conflicts to management with proposals for resolution.
- Be an active contributor to ICT Strategy and Roadmap, principles, and divisional plans.
- Represent the architecture capability to senior management and executives, presenting roadmaps, new concepts and thought leadership.
- Manage and optimise use of the selected architecture tool, LeanIX.
About you
- Extensive experience leading specialist architecture resources.
- Experience as a domain architect, Enterprise Architect or Enterprise Solution Architect.
- Experience delivering architectural change working with the TOGAF framework or other frameworks (certification desirable).
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to rapidly understand a business domain, and how technology supports its performance
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
