- Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Bridge the department's needs with technological opportunities, offering insights into trends and advising on tools for future asset management facilitation.
- Cultivate relationships and networks with other public service agencies, collaborating with external stakeholders to leverage their methods.
- Compile a comprehensive end report containing valuable recommendations.
- Play an integral role in operational requirements for asset management, including stocktaking, purchasing, disposals, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and more.
- Bring your prior experience in asset management to the forefront. Your ability to navigate and optimize asset-related processes is crucial to our success.
- Demonstrate your proficiency in crafting clear policies, documents, and instructions to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders. Capable of delivering comprehensive end reports.
- Utilize your Business Analysis capabilities to map existing processes and develop strategies for enhancement. Shape and streamline processes to ensure efficiency.
- Apply your analytical skills to evaluate situations and make informed decisions that contribute to the improvement of our asset management practices.
- Experience with software packages like SAP, JAMF (MDM), Apple Business Manager, SharePoint, and Power Apps is a plus. These tools play a vital role in asset management or could be integrated into our future solutions.
- Demonstrate basic project management skills by treating activities as small projects, complete with deliverables and timelines.
- Operate independently within our small team, covering diverse tasks. Your self-reliance is crucial as guidance might not always be available.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure buy-in from all staff and senior stakeholders. Your ability to influence decision-makers is key to implementing positive change.
