Originally established in 1993 with 3 people in the Northern Beaches, we have grown to a team of over 800 professionals spread across Australia and New Zealand. This year, as we celebrate our 31st year in business, we’re incredibly proud to still be an Australian, privately owned business. We provide our clients with quality commercial landscaping solutions. From civil landscape construction, landscape maintenance, building services, Irrigation, Environmental services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management. About the role:
Based out of our Seven Hills, NSW office, this role will see you travelling across our Sydney Greater region sites to film and photograph a variety of content. This could be anything from progress on one of our construction sites, work being completed by our maintenance teams or an interview with one of our employees. You will be responsible for obtaining the content for all of our existing and new social media pages, with the aim of building awareness and driving engagement with our different brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Shooting, editing and producing video content and still images.
- Creating videos from an extensive library of pre-recorded raw footage.
- Connecting with our people to create content that our audience wants to watch.
- Be able to create content that adheres to our relevant brand guidelines.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends on social media and in our industry to create compelling content.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team to assist in the development of strategy & plans.
What we need from you:
- Current Driver’s licence & own vehicle
- Construction White card (preferred/Willing to obtain)
- 2+ years' experience as a videographer or photographer (or demonstrated relevant experience).
- An understanding of how to create content for the various social media and digital platforms and what will resonate with audiences on each.
- Experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects and other editing software.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow a brief.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and achieve deadlines.
- Creative and innovative ability, really make this role your own.

- Hourly Rate based Casual position.
- 2-3 days per week expected in this position (with the view to fulltime).
- Above award wages and travel allowances for use of own vehicle.
