Working on one of Australia's most renowned radar projects, with an above-the-line organisation.
Working for one of the largest Defence providers globally, you’ll be joining a dynamic and motivated department taking part in the roll-out of a complex, agile project focusing on radar and mission-critical technology.
In this role, you’ll report to the System Engineering lead and play a vital role in providing assistance to the system design and integration of their Mission and Support systems to provide the correct procedures aligned with their department's compliance.
Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
- Develop, review, negotiate, and develop agreements associated with capability lifecycle documents, and technical specifications.
- Input technical architecture, design and development to ensure the integrated systems meets capability needs.
- Support the integration of Technical GFM and HF Radar V&V programs.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams in the organisation to deliver on project requirements.
Experience required
- Current NV1 or above, or eligible to obtain.
- Experience working in a similar System Engineering position, preferably within the Defence sector.
- Eligible to obtain ITAR clearance.
- Experience with US engineering standards.
- Knowledgeable of JORN or similar High Frequency Radio Systems.
- Certified Engineering professional.
