The successful candidate will work equally between two sites. Springwood Sports Club based in Springwood & SLantern Club Club based in Roselands. Both sites fall within the Mingara Leisure Group.

This position seeks an experienced candidate who has a humanistic-encouraging approach to leadership. Working with each destination team, you will primarily develop and implement Information Technical solutions to support the Club’s business objectives in consultation with the General Managers, whilst ensuring our destination's core IT objectives are being upheld and maintained.
To fulfil this role you must possess at least 5 years’ experience as an IT Support Officer (or in a similar position) in a medium-sized organisation. You will need to be an organised member of the team with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and have a strong work ethic. In addition, this role requires working within teams at different destinations so a positive attitude is a must. To take on this role as IT Destination Leader your focus is:
- An ability to have ownership and work both autonomously & inclusively
- Core Microsoft knowledge and support i.e. Desktop/Server support (current)
- Manage all IT related request via the ticketing system
- Active Directory management, on-premises and Azure
- Configure, deploy and support all required hardware and software applications in use across all sites
- Mail and SMTP management, specifically O365
- Virtual environment, concept and administration (VMWare & Hyper-V)
- Teams and SharePoint support and administration
- Teams Telephony
- Mobile platforms
- Multi-site connectivity
- Basic System Administration i.e. Backups, patching, stability and upgrades
- After Hours Support (on a rotating roster)
- POS Support
- Create, update and evolve any relevant documentation knowledge base information
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with integrations
- Small project management
- Complex reporting environments
- Maintaining document libraries on-premises and Cloud
- Provide technical support on reporting environments to end users
- Analyse & Troubleshoot workflow processes
- Facilitate the ongoing system integration needs of the business
- Network support
- Knowledge of video conferencing systems
- Configure, Deploy & support a wide variety of hardware and software applications across multiple sites and industry types including but not limited to desktops, laptops, servers etc
