Join a team of dynamic individuals, assist in developing and supporting innovative technology solutions for the Brisbane Catholic Education Community. The ICT Officer - Solution Analyst is responsible for supporting the applications developed by the Learning and Student Technology team, and the applications that are used in the teaching and learning areas of BCE, including SharePoint (Online and on-prem), Teams, OneNote, and mobile application. The role holder focusses heavily on analysis, development, administration, user support and operational activities.
About the role:

• Demonstrate proficiency in various software development methodologies, programming languages, and platforms. Leverage your experience to contribute to the development and enhancement of information systems and services.
• Analyse and troubleshoot technical issues and problems to find solutions
• Provide technical knowledge and expertise or ability to gain knowledge and expertise in supported systems
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Monitor performance and report on means of improving performance.

About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

• Experience in developing for and supporting enterprise level applications
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, languages, and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Communicate well with relevant stakeholders
• Prioritise workload
• Willingness to learn and work on new initiatives
• Work as part of an Agile team to ensure the team goals are met
