The opportunity
- Assist in Active Directory user account management activities, and any ACL management administered by the Service Delivery team.
- Support the maintenance and continued development of the desktop computing, telephony, photocopying, printing, and faxing environment for all CHW sites and staff.
- Provide administration support for data backup processes.
- Actively monitor all Service Delivery communications touch points and ensure all queries are logged in the ICT ticketing system.
- Demonstrated ability using the following computing enterprise technologies would be highly advantageous:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft SCCM
- Endpoint Security
- Data Backups
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Microsoft 365
- IP based telephony
- Basic networking knowledge
- PowerShell scripting fundamentals
- Audio Visual based hardware
- Remote connectivity platforms & VPN
- Microsoft and Cisco certifications would be advantageous.
