The opportunity
The ICT Operational Support Technician is responsible to provide technical support and advice as the first point of contact for all information technology and communications (ICT) service requests to CHW customers, including processing customer requests for new services, procurement, and equipment installation. You will provide prompt resolution (or escalation) of ICT customer requests, incidents, or changes, ensuring they are completed within KPI timeframes.

Please note the salary range for this position is $83,680.91 - $87,923.02 + 11% Superannuation.
