Australian Visa Professionals Pty Ltd (AVP) is a Perth based migration practice specialising in employer sponsored visas and seeking an ICT Service Coordinator to provide technical support and guidance to staff and stakeholders in its growing practice.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Resolve information technology issues encountered through diagnosis of technical problems;
- Provide support and training to staff relating to Migration Manager and other software programs to ensure efficient and effective use of the software applications for AVP staff and stake holders;
- Determine hardware requirements and oversee installation of equipment as required;
- Communicate new software procedures for the interaction between Australian Visa Professionals and stakeholders;
- Liaison with AVP staff and generation of reports required for critical visa expiry dead lines and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology;
- At least 3 years work experience in a similar environment
The successful applicant will be offered a salary between $70,000 - $75,000.
