Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Requires Baseline Security Clearance.
You will deliver value by:
- Provide troubleshooting to computer/desktop installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests or incidents providing fast efficient, and customer service.
- Candidates with Customer Service or other domain experience who possess Baseline security clearance and are interested in seeking a career in IT Service Desk are encouraged to apply.
- Provide 1st Level telephone contact support.
- Respond to and resolve customer requests, about software, hardware, and network operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service.
- All tickets are to be touched on a “first in first out basis”, calling the customer daily. Escalate tickets as needed if on-site support is required.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Baseline Security Clearance is required.
- Any Customer service or IT Service Desk experience can apply.
- Prior experience providing Level 1 support for MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.
