As the Western Australian Government agency providing shared services to the state’s public health system, we provide a suite of financial, ICT, procurement and supply, and workforce services to more than 50,000 employees across WA’s public health services and hospitals.

Your new role

We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced people for the role of ICT Service Specialist.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) across different portfolios that support critical, enterprise applications that are used across WA hospitals by Corporate and Clinical services.

Position Profile: This position is in the End User Computing Team. As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) ICT Business Unit, the ICT Service Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers to thoroughly understand their business functions, needs and service expectations. You will also install, test and maintain digital workspace devices and software to meet these requirements in accordance with HSS standards. You will provide ICT Specialist services at various metropolitan locations as part of Service Operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes and monitor the utilisation of digital workspace products and advise customers of effective allocation.
