Full-time, 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Provide level 1 technical support as the shared first point of contact (Helpdesk) for all the School's user's ICT needs.
Achieve client satisfaction through the provision of reliable resolutions to ensure minimal disruptions to the classroom learning experience and work arena.
Achieve KPI’s targeted at attaining reliable 1st level resolution and customer satisfaction through the prioritisation of tasks, fast resolution to problems and appropriate escalations.
Assist in providing instruction and tuition to all levels of users and actively seek opportunities to engage with clients, with a view to continually building strong co-operative relationships with the department’s clientele.

What you need to be considered
12 months minimum in a desktop / laptop support role
Strong technical support skills and a desire to help people utilise the technology at their disposal to its fullest extent
Demonstrated experience across a wide range of technology, including Windows and iOS
Proven desktop operating system support, strong preference given to MS environments
Experience administering user and computer accounts within MS Active Directory
iOS experience highly regarded

Remuneration
$54,500 - $57,000 per annum + Superannuation in accordance with the successful applicant's experience and St Michael's Collegiate School (General and Early Childhood Education and Care Staff) Agreement 2018.
