The Role:
As our ICT Support Engineer, you'll be the tech hero behind the scenes, ensuring our digital infrastructure runs smoothly so we can focus on what truly matters: our mission. Reporting to the Senior ICT Engineer, you'll help diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges ranging from desktops and software to hardware and security systems. You'll be the go-to person for any issues our staff are having with their devices.
What You'll Do:
- Swiftly respond to staff ICT requests, embodying the timely support they need.
- Champion digital hygiene and cybersecurity to safeguard our mission-critical systems.
- Collaborate in project activities and routine troubleshooting, showcasing your skills.
- Analyze and recommend ICT asset upgrades, keeping us at the forefront of tech.
- Escalate and document issues, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary IT qualification paired with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 administration and management of mobile devices.
- Analytical mindset and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with exceptional communication skills, ready to collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and oral communication to facilitate positive and effective interactions.
