About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team in Adelaide. The successful applicant will experience vast exposure to all things IT-related including setup and deployments with an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.
Your normal day will consist of helping staff to troubleshoot technical issues across all our offices and making sure systems are operational and up to date. Most importantly you will add exceptional value to the user experience. The role will also be involved in projects and support the ICT Manager.

• Investigate escalated incidents to responsible service owners and seeks resolutions
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Windows suites including but not limited to O365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Exchange.

Qualifications and Experience
• Tertiary computing-related qualification preferred.
• Commercial IT qualifications
• To demonstrate sufficient expertise, a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in the IT industry.
• Understanding of basic project management principals
