Jayco is based in Dandenong South and is the largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles in Australasia. We currently employ over 1000 people with over 180 desktop users and over 300 network devices. We are currently in need of a skilled IT Support Technician to join our busy ICT team.
In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Complete help desk solutions for all Jayco staff including logging all issues and following through solutions
- Provide hardware support and maintenance to all ICT solutions at Jayco
- Support the Enterprise Accounts System (ICS)
- Manage IT Support Group Inbox and distribute jobs to Support team
- Support the Workforce Central / Kronos programs
- Manage Filemaker access and provide support when required
- Manage internet access and support
- Providing support for Jayco Dealer Website stakeholders
- Providing advisory support to Jayco affiliated businesses
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has strong communication skills and is tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar. You must have an excellent customer service attitude towards internal staff and be able to prioritise your day in a busy environment.
It is important that you are able to help translate technical issues to non-technical people. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a working understanding of Networking and server management techniques.
