We are seeking a dedicated Strata Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of service and client satisfaction.
This is a traineeship position where full, on the job training will be provided.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of strata properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and chair strata committee meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action plans.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and levy collections.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with strata legislation and by-laws.
- Address and resolve conflicts and issues within the strata community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to owners and residents, responding promptly to enquiries and concerns.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications including the Microsoft Office Suite.
