Higher Solution Specialists are currently seeking a dedicated & experienced Property Manager situated in Subiaco. The ideal candidate will already be running their own portfolio and have a genuine passion for the Real Estate industry.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of 100 properties with administration support
- Conduct routine inspections – home opens, rental inspections, final bond inspections & property condition reporting
- Leasing Management – sign ups, renewals & negotiations
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords, responding to queries as required
- Manage maintenance requests – quotations, issuing work orders & invoices
- Managing rent arrears, issuing notices as required
- Manage administration of property portfolio through Property Tree.
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- Minimum 2 years' Experience as a Property Management
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Ability to effectively communicate with all clientele
- Well-groomed presentation & grooming
- Current WA driving license
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook and Property Tree highly regarded
