Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an NV1 cleared ILS specialists on behalf our of our leading global defence client in Melbourne, VIC.
This is an excellent opportunity for ILS SME to joining and lead a critical national defence programme. You will lead the development of ILS deliverables and product development activities, including but not limited to technical data, analysis, planning & training.
Requirements:
- 5 + years ILS experience
- High familiarity with defence environment and ADF standards (DEF(AUST) 5629B, DEF(AUST) 5691 and DEF(AUST)
1000) - Proven experience with ILS processes, such as Logistics
Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Operation Task Analysis (OTA), Codification, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
(FMEA), Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) - Evidenced experience with the relevant ILS analytical tools
- Exisiting NV1 security clearance (or above) essential
- Prior experience in defence or fed gov sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work with the Project engineering team to ensure
that the deliverables are designed for supportability and that the program Development of an ILS program so that all aspects of your assigned scope of work are suitably identified, investigated, planned and implemented. - Ensure that an effective ILS program is developed so that all
aspects of ILS are suitably identified, investigated and implemented into the equipment design to optimise the Total LifeCost. - Conduct of Spares Modelling andLCC analysis.
- Monitor and or review of relevant Logistic Engineering (LE) activities including Support System, Specification; Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA); Reliability Centred
Maintenance (RCM) - Ensure the consideration of logistic support in the design of both
equipment and its support system. - Ensure that the support system elements are compatible with each
other and the existing support infrastructure. - Ensure Logistic Support solutions satisfy the requirements of the
contract.
