Presently, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing finance team during an exciting period of transformation. Position Description
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the end to end function of Accounts Payable and provide assistance to the finance team when necessary. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Matching invoices with purchase orders
- High volume invoice processing
- Process supplier payments within supplier trading terms
- Statement reconciliations
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Drive process improvements within the supplier payment processes
- Handling queries - both internally and externally
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within end to end Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
