Trainers/Assessors - Parttime position available
- Certificate III in Carpentry
You must have Australian vocational qualifications, at least to the level or above and in addition to this you must hold one of the following credentials
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
- either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and
- either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
Minimum Skills & Experience:
- Able to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, decision making and negotiation skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously
- Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's 2015, National Code 2018, NVR requirements and ESOS Act 2000
- Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
- Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
- Ensure professional development is continuously maintained
- Result-focused individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs
- 1 year of relevant work experience
