About the Role
This part-time, temporary role as Reception / Admin Assistant will see you act as the first point of contact for clients coming into the centre and provide administrative support to the allied health team. You will provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone or face to face interactions. Initially for a four-week period with the potential to extend.
Duties and Experience
- Answer phones, greeting visitors
- Make and change bookings for clients
- Maintain filing systems
- Administrative duties as required
