This role is highly suited to an individual who loves being part of a dynamic environment where you can utilise your solid admin experience, extremely good attention to detail and ability to pick up systems quickly coupled with your amazing communication skills. You will be provided with all the training you need to ensure you can do an amazing role. 
  
  
  
Duties include but are not limited to:
  
  • Assist Client Managers with administrative support and ad hoc projects
  • Client liaison
  • Various reporting including credit checks, etc
  • Research and source information plus collect data for reports and compile
  • Update various database/systems
  • Process credit applications
  • Complete risk identification forms in relation to client complaints, incident reporting, etc
  • Liaise with various external stakeholders
  • Send out information to clients
  
                                                                                                
As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following skills/attributes:
  
  • Proven experience in general Administration in an office environment ideal (6-12 months + preferred)
  • Maybe you have completed a degree and realise that University isn't for you and you want to kick start your admin career?
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to provide high level customer service over the phone
  • Accurate typing (45wpm +)
  • Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
  • Can-do attitude
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • True desire to build a career within a busy office – you want a career, not just a job!
  • Senior Certificate qualifications as a minimum (ATAR 70+ preferred)
  • Professional presentation – enjoy working in a corporate office!
