The Administration Assistant will work within the People and Culture team and provide administrative support in training and development, recruitment, compliance management and work health & safety.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Scheduling interviews, employee checks and inductions
- Coordinating the firms training and development activities
- Maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Assisting with the coordination of work health and safety activities
- Assisting with the coordination of the wellbeing and diversity, inclusion programs
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports
- Other general administrative duties as required
You will have previous experience in an Administration role and a strong desire to support and contribute in a team environment.
You will also;
- Possess excellent time management skills and be highly organised
- Have a continuous improvement mindset
- Have well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail in order to produce high quality work
- Be a team player and have a sociable approach to work
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Have experience using ELMO (Cloud HRIS) – desirable
