Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of Import Sea Freight operations and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Registering Import Sea documentation
- Reporting shipments to Australian Customs (SCA)
- Acquiring relevant documentation for shipping purposes
- Tracking all shipments, including transhipments
- High level customer service
- Liaising with international agents, suppliers and consignee’s
- Invoicing
- Other duties as required by the Branch Manager
- Import Sea Freight operations experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Experience in processing and completing client invoices
- CargoWise knowledge and experience
