Skills & experienceYou will be a Banking & Finance Lawyer at the 8-12 year level who would like to move in-house as a Senior Legal Counsel in order to establish a new role.About the roleYou will join an organically grown technology company. Enjoy developing strong long-term relationships as well as dealing with complex documentation (being able to structure a loan). On-line tools will assist you with the best technology in the business. Drive revenue, mentor your lawyers, establish a function, work with existing and new clients.Your day-to-day – actively advise clients on a range of commercial and industrial property, development and project matters. Supervise your team in the complex and commercial lending division – asset finance, real property, and commercial transactions. Draft and review various legal documents including Rights of Entry, Tripartite Agreements, Mortgage over lease, Lease Agreements and Trust Deeds (including vetting).
