In House Bookkeeper/Administration

Our Business
Marcoola Tyre & Mechanical is a friendly family owned business,
operating on the Sunshine Coast for over 20 years.

The Role
We are seeking a meticulous bookkeeper to keep our books up-to-
date and process payroll for our team. The role covers a four day
week (approx. 30 hours), with flexibility to work a five day week with
shorter hours. The start date is asap.

Skills and experience
 Previous Bookkeeping experience
 XERO experience highly desired
 Proficency with Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel &
    Word.
 Experience in preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS and other
    Statutory returns.
 Experience in processing Payroll, lodgement and payment of
    Superannuation, and onboarding of new Staff.
 Experience with Accounts Receivable, monthly Statements and
    follow up of outstanding debts.
