operating on the Sunshine Coast for over 20 years.
The Role
We are seeking a meticulous bookkeeper to keep our books up-to-
date and process payroll for our team. The role covers a four day
week (approx. 30 hours), with flexibility to work a five day week with
shorter hours. The start date is asap.
Skills and experience
Previous Bookkeeping experience
XERO experience highly desired
Proficency with Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel &
Word.
Experience in preparation and lodgement of BAS, IAS and other
Statutory returns.
Experience in processing Payroll, lodgement and payment of
Superannuation, and onboarding of new Staff.
Experience with Accounts Receivable, monthly Statements and
follow up of outstanding debts.
