Your New Role
As Legal Counsel, you will bring your general corporate/ commercial experience and legal expertise. This role involves the provision of generalist legal support to a range of areas and functions, including commercial projects, property leasing, insurance, regulatory compliance, work health & safety, employment, and various charity compliance.

Your Skills Profile:

• 4-5 years' PAE (experience in-house is preferred, but not essential);
• Strong commercial acumen; a professional who is pragmatic yet measured in their advice;
• Demonstrated experience and ability to advise on commercial matters (including experience with corporate, property, and mergers & acquisitions)
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including stakeholder presentation, negotiation and report writing;
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work in a team;
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives on commercial legal matters;
• Demonstrated experience in developing and writing templates, policies and procedures to meet legislative requirements.
