Our Spa – Armadale (formally Malvern)

Conveniently located the spa is easily accessible by taking the No. 6 tram and sits alongside a diverse retail precinct. You will find endota Armadale in a beautiful Victorian heritage building located on High Street.

Boasting 5 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced facials, hydro-microdermabrasion, light (LED) therapy, electro-mesotherapy (EMT) and clinical peels. For deeper rejuvenation, we also offer Laser Genesis: a non-invasive and pain-free laser treatment with no restorative downtime.

Your Role 

endota therapists are passionate about providing a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey. 

In the role of an In Spa Trainer, you are responsible for delivering the endota spa service sequences, methods and product knowledge to the team of therapists at your spa, scheduling and delivering ongoing training. You will utilise your beauty knowledge and customer service skills ensuring endota therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail requirements. In addition, you will deliver spa and beauty treatments to our clients, prescribing products and regimes, and recommend home-care solutions.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

• You hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous training experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous)
• You are dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients
• You are a professional who cares about the quality of service delivered to your clients
• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise for client and personal satisfaction
• You have availability to work late nights and weekends
• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
