This role will see you working a lot with Employers and travelling to see our customers at work.
In this challenging and varied role your main focus will be:
- Assessing your customer's current job-seeking requirements
- Implement strategies to remove barriers to gaining employment
- Selling your customers skill set to employers
- Source future employers through reverse marketing techniques
- Create and maintain customer job plans
- Provide any necessary support to customers to help them secure sustainable employment
- Highly motivated and customer-centric candidates
- Commitment and passion for working closely with people to achieve employment goals
- A confident personality that is able to engage and partner with customers from all walks of life
- Commitment and passion for making a positive impact in the world through Employment Services
- Demonstrates previous experience in customer services and/or sales role
- Confidence to reverse market and promote customers and WISE services to prospective employers, both via phone and face to face
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- An understanding of non-vocational barriers (including drug and mental health) would be desirable although is not essential
