Our client is a nationally recognised household name that has been in the industry for 60 years. With over 50+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, our client is believed to be an expert in luxury furniture design.
Due to rapid growth a new and exciting opportunity has become available for an Escalations Coordinator to join their busy team in Wetherill Park on a fulltime permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities;
- Be the point of escalation for Customer Care team members to resolve issues as required to ensure customers’ issues are dealt with, completed & finalized in a timely manner.
- Complete escalated customer enquiries in line with SLA’s
- Raise claims against suppliers for replacement
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication skills
- Liaise with other departments (eg Purchasing, Dispatch and Quality Control) to establish effective and relevant service support activities.
- Liaise and work with service technicians / contractors to ensure reports / outcomes are in line with expectations
- Assess severity of customer escalation issues with the appropriate sense of urgency
- General ad hoc duties
About you;
- Min 12months experience in a call centre environment (claims highly regarded)
- Customer service skills, ideally within the retail sector
- Demonstrated experience in working with customers to achieve outcomes
- Excellent communication skills & phone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the retail industry highly regarded
- Full working rights - available to work on site Monday - Friday
