Our Client is an independent provider of Roadside Assistance across Australia and New Zealand for a number of car manufacturers including premium brands like Ferrari, Maserati, BMW, Peugeot and many more.
About The Role
We are looking for 5 Customer Service agents that are truly passionate about delivering amazing Customer Service to all of their Customers.
Duties:
- Assist customers who require breakdown assistance
- Provide advice and assistance over the phone in a roadside and Customer Service capacity
- Resolve any concerns or questions the customer may have regarding their vehicle
- Act as main point of contact between the customer and our supplier network
- Hybrid role - Work From Home & from the Rhodes Office

- Previous phone based Customer Service experience (desired)
- A strong Customer Service background from Hospitality or Retail
- A resilient and helpful personality
- Ability to emphasise with the customer but think on your feet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work a rotating roster
- Strong problem solving skills
