Roberts Legal Services Group (including Delaney Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers & Roberts Crosbie Mortensen Lawyers) is currently recruiting a Inbound Sales Officer to join our team.
We rely on our Inbound Sales Officer to book new incoming callers for initial appointments with our Specialist Lawyers.
We are strongly focused on providing a high level of client service and experience.
After the initial onboarding period, we would be open to discussing a hybrid working arrangement (between home and office) however start and finish times are not flexible.
This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
About the Role
Our Inbound Sales Officer is responsible for assisting people who need assistance with their legal matter by booking them in for a fixed fee initial appointment with one of our Specialist Lawyers.
This is predominantly an Inbound Sales role (no cold calling), where you are the first point of contact for all new clients as well as provide ongoing Client Care calls for existing clients. The ability to manage a high volume of enquiries by phone and email is vital.
You should be able to quickly build rapport with clients, maintain client relationships and make a positive impact by identifying their needs which will result in converting the new enquiry by booking an appointment with one of our experienced Solicitors.
To successfully undertake the duties of this position you will possess:
- Exceptional phone and communication skills
- Proven experience selling via phone
- Are able to quickly become familiar with our client management software, legal software and payment processing.
- A hard worker who takes responsibility for their leads and their results

Responsibilities will include:
- Management of new enquiries through the whole sales cycle,
- Booking initial appointments for new enquiries with Solicitors,
- Processing payments,
- Management and coordination of appointments,
- Data entry and management of all leads within lead management software,
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting, and
- Additional support with business development and marketing where needed.
