We are currently seeking a passionate Inclusion Professional to join the Inclusion Support team.
We are seeking a motivated, professional who has a passion for working in inclusion and would like to support mainstream Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to improve their capacity and capability to provide quality inclusive practices, address participation barriers and include children with additional needs alongside their typically developing peers.
This role will be located in Geraldton and offered on a fixed term part-time basis working 42 hours per fortnight (3 days a week).

Selection Criteria
- Diploma or above in Early Childhood and Care.
- Minimum 3 years working in the Education and Care Sector
- Experience in working with children with additional needs
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and professional written standards.
- Knowledge of Inclusion principles and practices
- Understanding of National Quality Framework including the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and practice effective time management
- Ability to prioritise and achieve outcomes
- Demonstrated skill in facilitating reflective practice and utilising strengths-based approaches with others
- Good computing skills
- Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
- Unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Working With Children Check
