- Ensure the effective welcome and orientation of new residents to the village and a smooth and supportive process of people leaving their units for transition into care.
- Support residents to maintain and enhance a happy and strong community.
- Support and encourage residents in the development of their activities and lifestyle and in their contribution to the community.
- Extensive experience in facilitating positive outcomes for aged care recipients.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the retirement village sector and associated legislation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team.
- Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
- Show an active commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
