Expressions of Interest for Independent Committee Members for Hepburn Shire Council’s CEO Employment and Remuneration Committee
Hepburn Shire Council has a CEO Employment and Remuneration Committee whose purpose is to consider and make recommendations to Council to ensure the application of good governance, transparency and fairness in all matters relating to the employment, management, and Remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional to the vacant independent committee member position and is calling for applications from people who may be interested in the position.
The Independent Member should have experience in executive recruitment and oversight of employment contracts as well as experience in developing and facilitating executive performance reviews. Experience and knowledge of the Local Government Sector is desirable, as are formal qualifications and previous committee or board experience.
