About you- Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems.
- Good stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational skills which will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
- Have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Graduate Certificate or Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline; or demonstratable experience in Human Resources
