We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Team Assistant to provide project and administrative support to our Sustainability & Delivery Team in enhancing the company brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment.
Describe the client:
This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.
Position Description:
- Organise and complete tasks, assist in organising events, prepare presentations/correspondence, complete reports within set timeframes, draft letters and manage emails.
- CRM experience is essential, assist in maintaining a database for projects.
- Lead the management and the content of the Sustainability & Delivery SharePoint site and Knowledge Hub, as well as the First Nations Hub keeping it up to date and relevant.
- Assist the National Indigenous Engagement Manager with administrative tasks as required including arranging meetings, diary management, invoicing and expenses, booking travel, stationary etc.
- Assist the PA with administrative tasks as required including back up as directed for diary management, expenses, travel, stationary etc.
- Assist with coordination of key staff events including calendar invites, planning and logistics, organising catering and printing of events materials etcâ¦
- Format, design and create PowerPoint presentations when required.
- Develop meeting agendas, taking and typing minutes and correspondence.
- Setting up vendors, raise invoices and follow them through end to end for the whole team through SAP.
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience of supervision in a team environment, subject to work pressures and competing deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Windows applications for diary management.
- Experience in planning and tracking one-off administration projects/ initiatives.
- SAP experience or similar.
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and smartsheets
- Basic organisational and time-management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
