Services range from managing lease terms and expiry's for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory, workplace strategy, design & architecture, project management, technology services, and six star concierge and workplace services.As an Executive , you will focus on understanding the needs of large Industrial & logistics occupiers based in NSW, providing superior advice, and introducing our suite of services and the power of our geographic coverage as appropriate.This is a role where your ability to understand the key business drivers of C-Level executives and relate that to effective property related strategies with demonstrated business outcomes, will build trusted relationships and develop long-term "accounts" for Colliers.QualificationsIdeally, you will be acting in a strategic property advisory/analyst position for industrial & logistics firm(s) as either an external advisor, or internal executive.
