Who are we?
The Construction Training Fund is a small team responsible for administration of a levy on all building and construction works in Western Australia. We use this levy to assist in a skilled workforce by funding training and programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers in the building and construction industry.
Our newly built modern offices are based in Belmont with ample free parking onsite.

Job Description
The Industry Support Officer is the first point of contact for a broad range of customers to the CTF’s Construction Futures Centre, including school groups, industry stakeholders and educational stakeholders.
The Industry Support Officer is responsible for leading tours for school and industry groups, managing online bookings, reporting data and providing assistance to the CFC Manager. The position also provides support to our team of Industry Training Advisors by addressing customer enquires and some promotion and marketing tasks.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Ability to comprehend corporate systems and reference materials (relevant regulations, policies, procedures and systems) in order to effectively advise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to use Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, Forms and Bookings and other technologies effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, with effective organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Acts professionally at all times and operates within the boundaries of the codes governing conduct, legal and policy requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
Desirable
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in education or training working with high school students.
