About the Role
We are seeking an Information and Records Management Coordinator to join our Records Management Team on a fixed term basis, through to August 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skill set with CFA and gain experience working on a significant organisation-wide uplift program.
Working alongside the Records and Information Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the team to develop records and document management systems and services that support the business needs of CFA.
In this role you will provide specialist knowledge of records lifecycle management to improve and standardise systems and conversations. The position creates trust through knowledge of legislation and interpretation of complex topics in simple ways. In addition, the Information & Records Management Coordinator delivers projects and service delivery requests to develop processes, systems and tools.

About You
The successful candidate will have experience working in a large and complex organisation ideally, with exposure to the Records Management lifecycle in both traditional and contemporary systems.
Key criteria for this role include:
- Ability to coordinate activities to deliver projects and service delivery requests
- Experience applying knowledge of legislation to manage records and inform policy and procedures
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with a focus on delivering accurate advice and information
- Ability to take complex information, gather insights, and present it to a range of audiences in an easy-to-understand way
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build cooperative working relationships and liaise and consult with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, to create trust and enable effective decision making.
