We are seeking Information Management System Specialist to join our Major Projects Integration team on a 12 Month Contract. This role is responsible for leading and co-ordinating both internal and external business units, in the use of Information Management Systems used by Major Project Integration.

We are seeking Information Management System Specialist to join our Major Projects Integration team on a full time permanent basis. This role is responsible for leading and co-ordinating both internal and external business units, the use of Information Management Systems used by Major Project Integration.
The successful candidate will:
- Facilitate the resolution of complex system administration and user support issues, to ensure timely and effective use of Information
- Provide business systems support and expertise to ensure the continued availability of critical Information Management Systems
- Act as the Information Management Systems expert for Major Projects Integration (MPI) and resolve user and operational issues directly related to the functional use of Information Management Systems.
- Liaise with the Project System Users and Business Stakeholders to ensure the Information Management Systems are aligned with the stakeholder and all operational requirements.
- Guide the continuous improvement of Information Management Systems.
- Identify, escalate and manage Information Management risks
What we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate strong experience within SQL Technologies/ Microsoft SQL server, HTML/CSS web technologies and knowledge in scripting languages. Along with the ability to have a high level of skill in problem solving, multitasking and time management. You will also need:
- High level of skill of interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work across all stakeholders needs for the business unit. Along side of communication skills, negotiation skills to take a strategic view of stakeholder requirements
- Exposure to Bentley Products and Project Wise will be looked upon favourably
- Qualification in IT/Computer Science would be ideal though no required for the role
