This role leads and manages technology-enabled solutions to improve the sustainability and effectiveness of the deployment, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of workforce capability programs and initiatives.Key responsibilities include:

• Lead an expert, multi-disciplinary team to manage the implementation of technology-enabled data management and reporting systems to support workforce capability development.
• Provide high level strategic advice in relation to workforce capability development Systems and information management.
• Manage the procurement, contract management, and strategic partner relationships in the provision of capability development information technology systems.
• Lead consultation, negotiation and work in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders of capability across DoE.

About YouThe ideal applicants is someone who has:

• Demonstrated management experience to lead a team and deliver outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in technology-enabled projects that support the delivery of workforce capability within a large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the procurement, contract management and strategic partner relationships.
• Strong team leadership and team work with effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
