This includes making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About the Role:The Manager is a pivotal leadership role in the Education Futures Institute (EFI) and provides essential oversight of data management and reporting systems for the Capability Branch. This role leads and manages technology-enabled solutions to improve the sustainability and effectiveness of the deployment, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of workforce capability programs and initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
- Lead an expert, multi-disciplinary team to manage the implementation of technology-enabled data management and reporting systems to support workforce capability development.
- Provide high level strategic advice in relation to workforce capability development Systems and information management.
- Manage the procurement, contract management, and strategic partner relationships in the provision of capability development information technology systems.
- Lead consultation, negotiation and work in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders of capability across DoE.
- Demonstrated management experience to lead a team and deliver outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in technology-enabled projects that support the delivery of workforce capability within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the procurement, contract management and strategic partner relationships.
- Strong team leadership and team work with effective interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
