About the Role:
Join an exciting and fast-growing ecommerce company based in Sydney as an IT Manager. As part of the dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure to support their expanding operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT team in managing and maintaining their ecommerce platform and systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives to support growth and innovation.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of their IT infrastructure and applications.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery and support.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, from inception to completion.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in data security and privacy.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in IT management roles, preferably in ecommerce or digital retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
