The Opportunity
We currently have a new opportunity for a seasoned Group Information Technology Manager who will provide the vision and leadership for designing, developing and implementing IT initiatives. With your expertise, you will develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned to the technology and organisational objectives.
Your strength lies in:
- Developing and implementing an IT strategy in line with budget
- Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of technology infrastructure
- Leading a team to deliver on IT initiatives and objectives
- Working with a number of both internal and external stakeholders to capture, manage and deliver business system requirements
- Be heavily involved in a large scale IT implementation project
You will bring:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or computer science (or relevant qualification)
- Proven track record of delivering on projects and strategies with strong change management skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage, lead and further develop a team of IT professionals
- Great strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Experience working within construction, utilities, infrastructure or blue collar businesses preferred
- Be commercially astute
