Your skills and experience would include:
- Systems Testing: ensure developed systems are tested thoroughly against business requirements (developing detailed test scenarios and system tests scripts)
- User Reference Utility: managing, maintaining, and updating user reference guides (system user guides) to ensure users are provided with detailed, up to date system instructions
- Data Collection: Gather and collect data from various sources, which may include databases, spreadsheets, surveys, and more.
- Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability. This may involve handling missing or incomplete data, removing outliers, and standardizing formats.
- Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and analytical tools to analyze data sets and identify trends, patterns, and correlations. This can involve the use of programming languages like Python or R, as well as tools like SQL and Excel.
- Change Management and business readiness: provide stakeholder updates and communications on release stages, promoting change awareness, supporting business readiness, developing user training material and delivering systems training sessions.
