Our client is an industry leader here in Brisbane, who require an Infrastructure Architect to join their business to help them achieve their goals. They deliver a broad portfolio of products, servicing a wide range of customers. This particular role is focused on delivering a key initiative within the organisation, transforming the detailed design of the underlying cloud infrastructure to be implemented by the DevOps team.
Establishing the best technical solutions to solve existing problems, and providing the rationale behind the chosen solution - you will challenge the technical constraints and mindsets to achieve an elegant technical design.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and standardise architectural approaches across platforms
- Review holistic cohesion of architectural approach across domains
- Understanding of business issues and delivering improvements with Solutions Architect
- Architecture evaluation and collaborating with Project Management and stakeholders
- Forward thinking with emerging technologies and their potential for technology improvements for the business.
- Compare and review technical options to provide best options for the business on an ongoing basis
- Mentor and guide DevOps team across architecture
About you:
- AWS Associate or Professional Architect certification required
- Msc in IT is adventageous
- TOGAF Architecture Framework - certification an added advantage
- 5 years experience in Cloud Technology
- Demonstrated experience in Network Architecture and Security
- Experience working with large scale integration programs and/or blue chip organisations
